This is an overview of the type of projects I've been drawn to.
writing
I've always liked language and want to be a good writer. When I sit down
to write, I usually end up writing poetry. I'm interested in how tech
and writing are and can be combined.. "here, hear" is one poem I've written.
tools
Most of my professional work has been building tools — for designers,
engineers, etc. I like how computers are tools for making tools. Tagorama is a small tool I've made for studying the structure and style of writing.
education
I'm interested in how we learn and what's worth learning. I once gave a
workshop on haiku & the act of listening. Recently, I've been working on a project to help people understand
computers, dreaming sand.
